Using the electronic wristband

1 Introduction

The electronic wristband is used to:

  • Integrate your registration information and service list.
  • Lock/unlock your personal locker in the changing room.
  • Register and confirm your personal information when entering examination rooms.

2 How to use

When you receive the wristband

  • You will receive 01 wristband after registering at the reception desk.
  • Please wear the wristband throughout your visit to avoid dropping or losing it.

At the changing room

  • Use the wristband to open your personal locker: tap the band on the reader.
  • After storing your belongings and closing the door, the system locks automatically.
  • Keep the wristband with you throughout your visit.

During the examination

  • Each examination room has a reader right at the door.
  • Tap your wristband on the reader to register and confirm your personal information instead of submitting documents.
  • After confirming, please wait for staff to guide you into the room.

When you finish your examination

  • Use the wristband to open your locker and collect your belongings.
  • Check your belongings carefully before leaving the locker.
  • Return the wristband at the 1st-floor reception desk.

3 Other rules
  • The wristband is the clinic’s property; you are responsible for keeping it safe throughout your visit.
  • Do not remove the band before finishing your examination.
  • Do not apply strong force or damage the band.
